Hello friends today I share my experience with icici Lombard health insurance.
I have already use for my self star health insurance from last 8 month and that was good and their customers service are also very responsive.
But I got a call from icici Lombard health insurance company and they told me that they are having a good policy and that policy will give me some extra benifit .
But when I compared with my current health policy with new icici Lombard policy I saw that they are not given any extra benift .
Star health gives me 3lsc cash less hospitalised benifit and same time icici gives same 3 lac cash less cover and 5000/- OPD cover or claim facility .But they are changing 8900/- for that .
So friend if we are dedicated 5000/- OPD claim than its come 3900/- yearly for 3 lac .
Friends my question is that why I am paying 900/- extra and if opd claim 5000/- I use as my own cash that what the logic to give in insurance company and waiting for claims and others process .
