Review:
I deeply regret choosing ICICI Lombard for my motor insurance. My claim has been delayed endlessly without any transparency, professionalism, or accountability. Despite submitting all documents on time and following up multiple times through emails and even the National Consumer Helpline, the company provided nothing but vague, copy-paste responses saying the matter would be resolved in "two weeks" which never happened.
After weeks of silence, they suddenly sent a one-liner saying the claim is being repudiated due to misrepresentation with no explanation, no investigation report, no call, and no attempt to clarify anything. The grievance redressal system is a joke, and customer service is completely apathetic and unresponsive.
This entire experience has been mentally exhausting and clearly shows service deficiency, negligence, and consumer harassment. I am left with no option but to proceed legally for compensation and justice.
Think twice before trusting ICICI Lombard with your money or peace of mind.
