I never expected this kind of delay with such reputed health insurance company. I would not recommend anyone for international travel insurance plan from ICICI. they are pathetic and seems mental harassment to get the invoices processed. While issuing insurance do they ever ask the customer to provide your health records or your family doctor name contact etc...never they just keep selling their plans...and when we get into serious problem they don't even help...I have done everything on my own from hospital providing them the records and other papers because I understand that their team is in India and they can't connect easily with hospitals internationally. But their team keep asking same formalities after every 1 month. Horrible..
