I had a major accident in New Delhi at 2:00 am at night due to bloddy drunkyards. I had to thank god for saving me as I had loads of responsibilities but a minute after this realistion I had other problems to face, how to get my car to garage, whom to call, well I called maruti service station no help, I called police there was only one help that I was not alone anymore, finally I called the special helpline no. where they gave me a nearest 24 x 7 garage which was covered with ICICI Lombard, and in no time I had my car tow and next day at 11:00 their inspector visited and told me about the payment, I was given an estimate of 45.000 and all I had to pay was 5, 500/-. They got all the paperwork sorted in couple of minutes and I was free.
I have dealt with other insurance company and I can surely say this company has given me a great help with just a little extra help with giving me the no. Since then I am surely recommending ICICI Lombard.
