I have got an A/c with ICICI Bank Mira Rd branch since the past two years. And my experience has been excellent. The staff is responsive, courteous and helpful. After me, my father and my son opened A/c and they too enjoy the place. In fact, we even do our investments in stock market through their icicidirect service.
The branch is just ten minutes away from my house, which is a great convenience and their ATMs at other locations are a useful additional service
