I had been a very in-time credit card payee of ICICI for a very long time. By using my ICICI credit card for some of my transactions I gained around 4700 points.
Due to some problem I had to cancel that card. TO my surprise after cancellation all my payback point that I have earned using that credit card were also take back by the bank.
I was not even informed about this when I opted for the cancellation. Even how can some one take away my earnings? Those points are my earnings and its like some one robbing my points.
