I unfortunately opened an online trading account with ICICI bank and a month has passed by but I did not get the password which is required for me to access my account I have been calling the call center every day and the information I receive is that, The Id and Password has already been despatched on 30th of August through Prakash Air Freight when I say that I did not recieve it they ask me to wait for 2 more days to get another mail since 16 days they did not bother to send me another kit I have been enquiring with Prakash Air frieght too but they say they that no consignment of that number is booked at all I mailed to ICICI but they just did not bother to respond I wish to close my account now as they are irreponsible in all ways but do not find the way out. Every one in ICICI is a boss and theres no one to complain and none to listen to the complaints if I am their account holder its my fault!!
