While buying on Amazon from iBhejo, you would not even know that a simple bumper will be shipped from US!
It took atleast 10 days for a simple iPhone bumper to arrive in Bangalore. Insane!
Learn from flipkart guys!
It had scratches on the surface, looked to be of poor quality and refurbished.
While buying, they say it can be returned in 30 days.I raised a request after 2 days.
After repeated emails to iBhejo, the RMA requirement I got is this:"Complaint should be registered on the same day of the delivery of the product with the images of the product". Would somebody know this in their dreams while buying/delivery?
Dont be misled by false hope that amazon guys will come and pick it up.
Now, If you muster all the time to re-package it and return the item, you have spend even more!
Its time for iBhejo to hang themselves.
