I purchase this iBall splendo from a online shopping website 5 months ago. It comes in great packaging and a wireless mouse and keyboard. The build quality of all the product is quite good but while I start using this problems begins. First problem I face is it is really difficult to connect this with my Wi-Fi. Second problem is overheating when I connect my micro SD card 32GB the card and that that card slot heated badly. I tried this stick with many other memory cards but still facing same problem. Sometime it shows memory full error but the entire memory is empty. I discuss the mentioned problem with the service centre but there replied it is a general problems ignore it. apart from this the product is very light weight very good design very easy to loaded with all the feature comes with windows. use but for me this is useless. I use this one or two week and that poor performance irritates me a lot and I stopped using it now it is just a paper wait for me.
