Never buy iball products, if you need good support  for your product. I bought this keyboard with 3 years warranty. I had a problem with one CTRL key and they took it for replacement. And I received a used old scratched keyboard. I returned it and received a similar old one again two times. Now I am writing to the headoffice, no body cares. I spend 4800 for this one, and could hardly use it for 6 months. It is with the service center guys for almost 10 months now. Such pathetic support!
