2 months back I have online purchased iball compbook from flipkart.now I am getting problem with the product.suddenly it got shutdown and it is not getting start.
I have visited I ball service center along necessary document to claim warranty period service since it has only two months passed since I have bought the product and manufacturer provides 1 year warranty as mentioned on warranty card.but service center replied me that it is online purchase and futher the dealer is not in the list of authorized I ball dealer.so I can't claim warranty period service.as a customer I havebought the product in good faith.it is not possible for a customer to track comany's authorized dealer list and then buy.
