Hello friends, I bought this product online with one year warrenty but after using it for about six months it starts getting problems like sometimes it restarts automatically and gets switch off. The battery backup reduced to only one hour in just six months and it also showing errors while using wifi so I take it to the customer service centre in chandigarh and they do the window again and said the battery needs to be replaced but they ask for money but it is still under warranty. I had a very bad experience with this product so guys please think again before buying this product.
