I'm a Hutch customer since past many years. The only problem is the money is deducted without any reasons and even after complaining for the same it is never refunded back.In this one month I have faced so many problems relating to this .
I walked in to a vodafone and service center and activated a 249 monthly rental plan.
The customer care executive said that it would get activated with in 24 hours. next day I checked with the customer care( on 111) whether it has got activated or not the person said ma'm your request is missing i'll put it again and it would get activated within 48 hours. Again when I called after 48 hours, the request is still not there.
So that I am totally frustrated and would not recommend anybody to go for vodafone.
