I have a four month old HTC explorer which has an network issue, I took it to your service center in Richmond town, (Bangalore) and they say its a serious problem and it needs to be taken to another center in Jaynagar since they don't handle such issues. What's the point having a service center if they cannot fix the problem doesn't matter small or big ? Shouldn't they be taking the phone and shipping it to where ever it needs to be shipped for it to be fixed.
If they don't have enough knowledge to fix a phone, they shouldn't not be authorized to run a service center in the first place? They asked me to call up the call center if I needed more info, I called up the call center & some idiot answered the call and put me on hold for 10 minutes and again for 5 minutes till the line dropped by itself before he could give me any info.
You guys are totally not customer friendly, I have previously had Nokia and BB and their service was much better.
