Pathetic Product. Brought it on 30th August 2015 in Amazon Via Value one Retail Pvt Ltd. Got it delivered on 5th August. the phone was restarting once a day. I ignored it. After 6 Days(12th sept) the phone was not starting at all.
It was either restarting or Dead. Called up HTC and Amazon for replacement but they are are saying Replacement window has expired on 13th Sep 2015. HTC customer service is saying the phone is from Kolkatta.
And I reside in Goa so I have to contact Amazon. Got Cheated with defective Phone. Lost all my business contacts and data.Worst after sales Service. Im travelling abroad in 2 days im left with no phone in hand all thanks to HTC .I had Iphone 5S for 2 years till date never had any software related problems. Never hanged nor restarted. Iphone Rocks HTC sucks.
