I bought htc one e8 one year back, one of the sim slots were not working. so I given this device at their authorized service centre in bangalore, which is TVSE electronincs. one month is over but still I did not get any update from these guys. so I started following up with their customer service chat and call centre but surprisingly nobody knows the status of my device.
They give all bullshit reasons to post pone the issue. it is been one month till now I did not get my device, neither I get the proper answer to my basic questions. so guys I suggest you please dont buy any HTC products. it is very hard to get it repaired if some thing happens.
