Ever tried or had the misfortune of walking to the HTC authorized service center at Bangalore. Most awful experience. You are sure to hear one or more of the following sentences. Guess it comes from a template.
1) Battery has a problem - You are charging it excessively. Don't charge overnight.
2) You will be whispered into - Strain your ears to understand what they are saying.
3) Please bring the bill copy and we will see to it. This is despite phones being tracked with IMEI.
Once you have left your phone with them, there is no way of reaching them again. The official phone number - 080 - 40913947 is kept off the hook and is ever engaged. The phone rings to its glory once the office is closed.
Strongly recommend not to buy any HTC product.
