I purchased Htc Desire-816 on 23th June. The set was so poor I am facing lots of problem with this handset. Within 6 months my handset visited 3 times to your service center but my problem was not rectified.I am facing these issues with this handset:- Auto On/Off, hang on HTC logo, automatic discharge of battery.
On my first & second visit to your service center they took 1 month to resolve this issue and they told that they had replaced the motherboard and same problem will not occurred but within one month same problem again occurs.
On my 3rd visit, they told that there is software update issue and they updated the software and assure me that the same problem will not happen again but I am facing same problem again.
I need to replace my handset with new handset, I will not visit again to nay service center I need fresh piece at nay cost.
