Hello friends, I am going to share my own experience with HRX Shoes. I have bought this item from the online shopping site flip kart.
I completely disagree with the product due to worst quality material used in this shoe and the branding by hrithik roshan. I regularly use wear this shoe, after 3 Weeks the shoe was completely damaged and got torn from the upper side of the shoe.
This is only a brand not a expected better quality material used in this product.
The customer service representative is also not co-operative to the customers. They just simply disconnect the call while doing any customer compliant about the product. I called many times to replace the shoe but they didn't response any words, they just told that they will replace the shoe for the sake of responding to the customer call, actually they did not do it.
So I mailed tho them and talked with the senior executive in order to help regarding this but then also I did not get proper reply. Till my shoes are not replaced.
