Before a last month I have use this product form HP laptop. This laptop does not support a WIFI hotspot serveries. All my used old Acer or Lenovo laptop had a this is WIFI hotspot feature. OR hotspot creation feature. This is laptop not user friendly to use and handle. HP support is asking a to buy an additional adapter for it. Its a not a satisfactory laptop.
For such a costly laptop, Its a is a crucial to have modern basic features like WIFI hotspot. Reliability of this laptop not good. Its a not a worth money it totally plastic body its not metal aluminum but plastic. That day itself I applied for replacement but the customer support is so poor. They are not reply me.
