issue: white spot on screen
I found a small dot like white point on the screen, which is on the extreme right of the screen. Immediately when I found this I took my laptop to your service center at dadar (aforeseve.Com limited)simtech computronics pvt ltd.
There the person who attended me said that to get a confirmation from hp center, they will give you a 10 digit number.So he intimated me to get the hp center permission to carry further, he also said if u leave this un-noticed it may spread. So I contacted hp support on 1800112267, there a person named mobin alexander attended my call. In which I explained him about the issue, but the statement he mentioned was
"there can be 1-5 dead white pixels. It is acceptable one, so it is a manufacturing defect. Further he added that it wont create any further problem, so use it as it is" but in our country, the law says if it is "manufacturing defect", then it is covered under warranty
