Yes absolutely I can say that it is a user-friendly laptop. The interface and the laptop keys are quite comfortable to use. Saying about the reliability, I am very much comfortable with it , but I am quite unsatisfied with the Wi-Fi.
Yes I can say that HP pavilion 15 is value for money if I hide the Wi-Fi discrepancy.
Service and Support of HP is satisfactory.There is no doubt about it.
If anyone opt for this laptop just check the Wi-Fi connectivity properly and rest everything is worth for money.
