The laptop I received started behaving abruptly each time with each key I use. sometimes keys were not giving any output at all or its showing undesirable action totally. For instance, I pressed a letter key and all of sudden multiple tabs over explorer were opening ( which was a result of internal keyboard fault with function key F1-help menu) .
After reporting, it was a hardware issue which was then replaced by Hp( luckily my product was in warranty period) . But again after few days, the keyboard issue reoccurred and Hp came to conclusion for hardware fault giving another replacement.
This was not truly acceptable with HP brand that even after replacement the keyboard went faulty in less than a month.
