I am using HP laserjet 1020plus from last 2 years till now I had faced no problem. This printer is easy to use.
It has good paper handelling capability even if some paper not kept in proper way it manages to take in smoothly and if there any caution it notify with red light so its a user friendly. Cartridge consumption is economical and gives a very good quality print. Print speed is quite fast as compared to other printers of its range. A easily understandable user manual which is very useful it comes with driver CD so no difficulty in installation and in case CD lost. Driver can be easily found on HP website.
But in case of bothside printing it is to be done manually turning of paper. It support 12A cartridge with is available easily in nearby market and also refilling is easy.
Overall this printer is a goid choice heavy duty use and it values for money.
