I've been using this notebook for nearly three years now. I've been a fan of hp series notebooks for a long time and this has been no different.I can assure you this laptop is very efficient and works perfectly. In three years the only issue I had was a few keys stopped working after nearly 8 months of use but the warrantee covered that bit up and it was once again good to go.
It has 1 TB storage, 4GB ram which I have elevated to 8GB, NVIDIA 860M GPU and i5 4th Gen processor which was enough 3 years ago ( infact still is) .
Though it is a very good product there are certainly some flaws I would like to tell you about:
The air vents are located beneath and not along the curved sides.
Bluetooth doesn't work properly.
I reported this issue 2 days after I bought it but they couldn't fix it and as I don't necessarily use it, it wasn't a big deal for me.
- After you fill up 756GB the pc lags very badly.
