I purchased this laptop about 6 months ago and it is an honest review after using this laptop . Since the day I purchased it it started giving me troubles and now I feel that I have wasted my money on this device. After about using this laptop for a month it's mouse pad stopped working . This device gets clogged while multitasking and heats up very fast . This device has an issue that it does not recognise USB and HDMI port many a times . The worst trouble I faced with this device was that it automatically shuts down while using . Its battery backup also doesn't last long . After using it for about 2 to 3 hours its battery gets drained . So I have to carry my charger all the way while I carry this laptop . This device also shows error in connecting to the Wi-Fi network . I have used many HP devices before but this one turned out to be the worst .
