Travelling till durg in this train in airconditioned coach is real nightmare.first of all both the airconditioned coaches meant for durg are connected first 2 coaches from engine.it is neither connected wit entire train nor there is any facilities available.you have to ensure that you are carrying everything ,even you cannot get mineral water.
the attendants on coach are most uncooperative,bed sheets are too bad,towel bad,pillow is even worst,forget blankets.
everything is going under right under head office and no body seems to be bothered.coaches provided are too old where airconditioning is very bad.
once this train reaches near howrah station it takes average 45 minutes from tikiapara to platform.that part of journey is most frustrating.it is regular feature but no railway officials are bothered to clear the regular problem.
