I asked for a servicing of suzuki scooty , which was having autostart problem. A person came make some repair and after 6 days again I face same problem. I asked housejoy , same person came but luckily scooty started so without looking into rpoblem he said everything is fine and run away. After 7 days I was travelling and scooty got stopped automatically and rain started. I dragged the scooty for 2 km and suferred like anything. When I call housejoy they asked for 250 to visit + repairing charges.


Beware of this fraud company , they provide very poor and cheap kind of service and do not take care of the customer issues at all. There motive is to earn money by keeping on asking to book service again and again for the same things.

The escalation division of customer care is extremly arrogant and rude .


They have there own group of people who do fake twits in twitter to gain popularity , so do nit trust on reviews in twitter.
