Pros: there is not much to write on pros side.
Cons: worst delivery service I have seen. I bought a Shoe Rack on 27 April. I was told the delivery will happen on 8th May but it actually happened on 13th May. Meanwhile I must have called them 15-20 times for follow and they have called may be 2-3 times. Also, the furniture is only delievered, I am still waiting for the carpenter to fix it up.
I will say I got the calls from them, but it was very confusing.first of all I am not sure whom I am talking to.one guy says he will come on friday evening(i came early from office just bcoz of this), one guy says I will come on Saturday morning 12:30.one more says he will come on Sunday.
I am not sure who he was.there is no sync between delivery, carpenter and showroom. Carpenter came to my house before the furniture was actually delivered.
I would certainly not recommend them just because of this, as I have cancelled my plans during weekdays as well as weekends.just to get the furniture delivery. Its very disappointing, disgusting and time wasting.
