The last place anyone sane should ever enter is House Full furnitures. That is the hard truth, that I've learnt the hard way. We ordered a bookcase on the 1st of Sept, & were asured it will be delivered withing a week. The product was delivered on the 10th Sept, & the carpenter from their store arrived on the 13th for assembling the product. However, while we unpacked the product I realized the seams of the laminate was all falling off like pieces of paper. Also, the carpenter then informed that the product was defective & that I will need to get it replaced. Since then I have send them so many emails. Called them plenty. Nothing happened.
Then I called my credit card company & had them charge back the tranasaction. So after a full two & a half months, these people start replying to emails. And now I don't want their sorry and their product anymore. And they just won't cancel the order. Then I received 2 calls from these peoplel. One was stating that the defective products replacement has been received and I have refused to receive as I don't want your defective product. It has been two months and now we are considering legal options on the same.
The second call was saying that someone will come to pickup the defective product from my residence. I have asked them to pick it up ensuring that they provide a pickup receipt for the same, which these people have refused to provide. I am planning a case against these people.
If there are other people who are being cheated by these cheats & would like to do something about it.
