I purchased a Bedroom set from housefull and it has been nothing but a pathetic experience for me.
When I had to move the furniture, the carpenters there started quoting Rs.800 to disassemble and 800 again to reassemble just the wardrobe. This is sheer looting.I called their customer care and the lady said the carpenters decide the price.
Left with no option, I agreed for Rs.800. Now this carpenter would call only at 8 am in the morning or 7:30 pm in the evening. Their employees know that the customers have no choice after purchasing and hence do not treat them well. All I can say is, never ever buy housefull products.
Apart from this, the entire set is made out of thin wood and these guys charged over 40k for such cheap stuff.
