Housefull Bannerghatta is a big time fraud store. I had ordered for few items on jul -10 -2012, HDC No 1016/2012/2131, Invoice No 8362. one item was the Tv stand (mega tv cabinet TV88 OAK). Forget about the delay in delivery to my surprise the tv cabinet was damaged during transit and the carpenter (Mr. Shabeer) was also surprised and I told him to replace it for which he assured us that it would be replaced in 10 working days and till then he asked us to use the cabinet in spite of our reluctance. My wife has been calling the store from July 20th onwards till date.. only to get the reply that the consignment is on the way.
They have have no commitment or professionalism and only try extracting money from the consumer. I'm writing this out of sheer frustration. I'm now trying to approach the consumer court and its my humble request to all to spread the awareness about this fraud store.
