I bought a 6 chair dining set along with a sofa set and a shoe rack from House Full in Kalyan Nagar, Kamanahali, Bangalore in Oct 2010. Hardly after a week the seat of the dinner set started sinking, so much so that it couldn't be used. I called up the store lot many times but to no avail. I visited the store and lodged a complain with the store manager 4 times.
Ever time I get a response that the technician will visit my house. I fail to understand, what was so technical about changing the seat of the chair. Finally I got vexed and I took the chairs to the store to show it to them. The store Manager was kind enough to rip the seat of the chair off and explain it to me that I the wood used for making the seat was of very poor quality.
He promised me to get the seat changed for all the chairs in a weeks time. According to my calender 46 days are over and his one week is yet to get over. Imagine you having a new dinning table at your home without chairs to sit and that too hardly a week after your purchase.
So guys if you planning to buy from House Full, Be warned you doing at your own risk. That's my experience in a nut shell.
