Fraud and typical baniya mentality. Stay away. Review on Hotels

No matter what you do, if you book through Hotels.com you will face following situations(I have faced these)

1.   No Refunds.

2.   Price Match guarantee - In reality, it is not.

3.   No matter whether you booked in the deals or got the booking cheap….  WHILE IN THE HOTEL YOU   WILL  HAVE TO PAY EXTRA IN THE FORM OF TAXES,  CHID FARE, TRAVEL FARE ETC.

4.   Customer Service is very hard or impossible to get on weekends.(I m ade 30 to 40 attempts just to  get the Customer service guy)

5.   Hotels.com will send you the feedback form before travel – and will  ignore you after travel.

6.   They make many promises – never fulfill those.

7.   Cleartrip.com and Hotels.com are sister concerns and all have same  mentality and attitude.(Make  money and ignore kinda attitude)

8.   Your queries will never be solved.

9.   They will never try to call you post sales irrespective of the  criticality of your query or problem.
