I had booked hotels many times from this website.One such booking I faced a peculiar problem.Despite of various requests award night was added in my account. Very poor service.
No firm reason was too provided. It is more than 9 months now.Tried call center and emails.Be careful guys. Cause what is promised is not delivered and neither explained.
