Improper Management - HSB T.Nagar. Review on Hotel Saravana Bhavan, Parrys, Chennai

This review is about the HSB -T.Nagar.No need to say about the crowd which T.Nagar bears on a daily basis.If anybody has to dream about setting a small coffee shop out there in T.Nagar,then they have to plan it perfectly.HSB,which is known very well for it's quality need to look into the these important things.

1.Waiting time of the Customer (who would be already in real hungry)

2.Parking space (2 & 4 wheeler)

3.Baby seat

The non AC restaurant at the GF would be jam packed always.So can't imagine to go there.We went to the AC restaturant at the 1ST Flr.The Supervisor welcomes us and takes count of the head.He asked us to wait for 10 minutesand gave the Waiting List No as 7.We were waiting for more than 10 minutes and nobody responded back to us about the delay. I had to call the Supervisor ,who then told me that it would take another 15 minutes as all the tables were full.But there was one table which was having 7 seats was occupied by 5 only.I requested him to accomodate us there,but he told that we have to come in the order of the WL.I found that all of the ppl before me had come with the entire family.Only I had come with my wife.But the Supervisor did not look into that.He just worked mechanicaly without even thinking logically.

I had great difficulty in parking my vehicle and then going to HSB.But I have to go back to find another hotel.This is really sick service from a high quality restaurant.

Previously I had tough time taking my kid to the same place.They don't know what is a baby seat.

They had set an very high standards in terms of the quality of food served there,but had totally ignored the above which is the basic thing for getting the customers.
