I stayed in this hotel for 1 week and this was completely waste of money. I was there for participating in an event, our team searched for a hotel on OYO and the pictures of this hotel looking fabulous so we contacted to oyo for booking 8 ROOMS in that hotel and OYO SERVICE EXECUTIVE assured us that we won't get any difficulty in space or service in this hotel. So we confirmed the booking of 8 ROOMS but when we reached in hotel conditions were completely changed.
Hotel manager told us that there is no booking of 8 ROOMS we can provide just 7 ROOMS and the best part is ROOMS WERE SMALLER as they were looking in pictures. Before booking THEY ASSURED US that rooms and bed are bigger and 4 PEOPLE can easily STAY IN ONE ROOM but in reality there was NO ALMIRA in some rooms, bed is just for 2 persons. ROOMS were NOT CLEANED, phones were dead, room service was so poor and about the food- breakfast was good but dinner was completely disgusting for all of 7 days.
After all of this happenings hotel maneger fighting with us for payment of 8 rooms???????? how can he be so intelligent. Asking for payment of 8 rooms by providing 7 rooms and one more thing firstly they won't give you wifi password and if by chance they gave you the password only one person can be connected to the wifi.
For us this was completely waste of money and things were not as they were looking in the images.
If you ever visit Indore don't book before checking rooms. All the best.
