Never Ever Recommended - Had to Cancel My Account. Review on HostGator

I had purchased the web hosting which is costlier than their competitors. They asked for verification and I submitted my docs. My account was frozen because it was under verification. After 24 hours I checked with the support team. They said that they have long verification queue and it takes time. After 48-50 hours, I again checked with the support team and I asked them to cancel it because it was not yet active. Then I received an email that my website purpose description is missing(which I was not informed earlier). So I sent couple of lines describing. Then again I received a mail that description is not enough. I contacted support and they said the description is fine but Domain provided has copyright/trademark restriction. They FORGOT sending me that email alert. As my domain's first 5 characters(out of 13) were matching with another renowned company, they asked me to CHANGE MY DOMAIN to activate my account - ARE THEY IDIOTS?

I spent almost 3-4 days behind them and finally cancelled my account. Very shitty service.
