We are continuously facing server down the issue for the last 4 months. so much hold time for phone calls. So many email interactions.
We opted for Hostgator after reading so many good reviews online.
But the situation is totally opposite and we are actually losing business because of their bad service.
They are not even willing to refund our money and not even resolving the issue.
I would say very poor service.
This has been a frustrating experience with Hostgator. never go for Hostgator's services and do not recommend anyone at all.
Worst service.
