Hopscotch.in is an online shopping site. I had a very bitter experience from this site.On 16th July, 2016 I had placed an order with Hopscotch with the hope that I will get my order on 19th july or 21 July but nothing more than that. On 19th july in the morning I got SMS of order delivery and after waiting for whole day I got another message of unsuccessful delivery and the same thing happend on 20th and 21st also. I am not getting any reason for such unsuccessful delivery by their customer care.
I An not satisfied with the services of this site because their is a deficiency in their service and having said this they have again and again breached my consumer right by not providing proper redressal and telling me the valid reason or for that matter reason of unsuccessful delivery.
