I will say that if it comes to moped( gearless) vehical Honda Dio is most Good looking and best vehical.If you are college going guy you can defeneatly go for it.I will perfer Dio over active and access because of its looks but I am very much disappointed by the new color varient by honda the 2014 color varient was just awesome but still they are way better than other bike in this segment.The honda claims to give the average of 60kmpl but I have experince 40-45kmpl only but still it is not less.I think 45km per liter is also very good.It have combi break system which saves you when you apply emergency brakes from falling of from bike you can call it as Abs system of moped.
The suspension are very good when you vehical is new but after 6-7 months you will think that they are not providing any shock absorption.
Dio also has very good under seat storage space but I think every moped has the same space only.
