My first impression on DIO 2012 it looks like a electric scooter. I was expecting Digital meter. where as DIO 2012 has a old Bajaj/LML speodometer & there are two meter - one for fuel where the tank capacity is only 6 litre. And also no dazing graphics on the scooter which makes this model look like old Honda Activa. The power is good but looks heavier than old 2011 DIO. The 2011 Dio has a sporty look with boat shape body compared to the new 2012. The CC is more 110 but I think fuel consumption will be more compared to 102 CC. Think before to buy this bike.
