Bought scooter for my wife in 2003.
Servicing was a issue from begining in Vadodara and is a headache in Delhi, as dealers are few and support staff pathetic.
-Scooter is meant for smooth roads only with poor front suspension.
-Carry two confortably upto 40 KMPH, accelaration beyond is difficult.
-Seems to have no power. Fuel effeciency is not beyond 40.
Only plus point is fibre body that can be easly changed in parts, and it is cost effective than denting and panting.
I feel the company needs to increase the number of service centres. They are selling these scooters as there is hardly an alternative to Activa and Dio.
