HomeShop18 has been the first online shopping company for India. This website provides variety of products to customers to buy ranging from electronics households jewelries dress clothes home appliances kitchen appliances etc.
Customer service: this website is way back in the past and it does not give options for fair resturn of products, intead they will provide you woth repair option.
Product quality: the quality of the products are ok ok for chap appliances but for expensive things especially in electronics appliances are a disaster really.
Delivery timeliness: no the delivery time taken by this website is much more than that of flipkart, thats why I prefer flipkart and Amazon.
App and Website: Both have a good user interface and average performance.
Reliability: no this website is not reliable as many of the customers have reported for false delivery and even wrong products delivered to them.
