Having had bad experiences on Bazee(now part of ebay), Indiaplaza.in and futurebazaar, I was skeptical about homeshop18 but decided to take the plunge. The offer on Reebok shoes(sunglasses+bag+watch) was too good to resist. The product was delivered in 7 days flat and I had 2 calls from their Delhi office to check if everything is alright!
That was too good to be true and on this marriage anniversary decided to surprise my wife with a pendent collection. The experience was really good and I still received 2 calls from their office to check if the item was received and if any damage was present. This time they took 6 days and no hassles.
Overall, the experience has been excellent. The products are genuine and the quality is good. Though some minor defects were present(watch in the first purchase & a earring in the second), I am happy with the overall experience.
On the negative side, the range on TV isnt really good, but online the collection is large. The mobile sets are from some unknown brand, but will recommend the site for jewelery and clothing. Happy shopping.
