The response is very good till the item reaches and got paid. But after service is poor. They lie about service centres which are not there. They do not link the complaint. Everytime they ask for details or raise a ticket . They sell so many proxucts particulary mobiles whose service centre are not located. For example For BSNL penta tab there is no service centre in karnataka. They took 6 months to repair my penta tab which was not recharging.


They should not snnounce things which are notthere
