I ordered the Surya Gas Stove on 7th Oct 15 in Homeshop 18
We receieved the item after a week in a POORLY PACKED condition; Unfortunately we opened the package after 2 days only and found one burner broken condition.
Immediately I complained to Homeshop18. They took the complaint but after few days replied to say we complained late and so my claim for refund or replacement is rejected.
From Invoice, I found the seller name and phone. The phone is out of service always.
We tried in local shops for burner replacement but it is not available at all in chennai. So we ended up paying Rs2300 plus to get a scrap!
When ordering I thought famous Surya brand but to my dismay I found local delhi make.
NEVER BUY any product from homeshop 18 . Pl pass on this message via facebook, twitter, mail to avoid others getting cheated like us.
