Befooling by Homeshop18. Review on Homeshop18

I purchased on 29/03 2014 online a set of 5 shirts purported to be of Mafatlal of size 44. They were very prompt in supplying my order but I was supplied a smaller size. On making a complaint they picked the parcel very quickly. When my wait for replacement was over, I approached them via phone for the replacement.

I was advised that they do not have my size in their stocks and I will receive a cheque for amount I had paid to them within 3 days. After that period I had to approach them again that I have not recieved my refund. They advised me it will take another 3-4 days as my details have not been taken by them which provided them. Again it was not coming.

Than, I visited their local office and I was told that my cheque has been given to the courier before a day. However, when I reached my home I received my refund. Had I not visited their office I would have continued to wait as cheque was 6 days earlier of delivery and they were not in a mood to dispatch it.
