HomeShop18 is the worst shopping channel I don't trust them now. My mom ordered 10 LED's with mobile phone.
They were offering the 9 watt and 12 watt led's with mobile phone.
These led's don't have any packing just they couriered in a single box all the 10 led's all together. They look like cheap chines quality LED bulb hardly cost 10 or 20 Rs sold me with the cost of Rs1250
About the Phone I have never seen such a worst quality phone in my entire life cannot listen what other person is saying and can't believe the phone don't have vibration mode in it.
& about the return. They say that it is our internal policy that we don't return electronics items. I want to ask that have they discussed with customer before making internal policy that they will have knowledge about it. I am feeling very helpless. 10 led's of no use.
This is the worst sopping experience with any sopping cart HomeShop18 is the big example for that. They sale cheap quality products on a higher rates and claim that its directly from the manufacture
They think customer as fool whatever they say customer will accept.
I suggest you all not to order anything and don't trust on them. They say that you have seen in TV, so you have to see what you order. I felt like when we buy china made product that there is no guarantee after you receive it, experienced the same way.
Stop ordering from HOMESHOP18 . They are fraud and cheater.
