Nowadays, every time I hear people ask me to not shop online as there is always threat of getting duped or cheated out, the only thing occurs to mind which has left me bitter is this shopping experience with HomeShop18 few weeks ago. Over my 6 years of online shopping experience, the worst I've come across till date.
A cooktop ordered on August 4 has still been delivered and the customer care is the worst I've ever seen. They just don't care!
There have been number of times I've raised this issue with a ticket on their site and have called them multiple times with no resolution of the issue. I'm regretting my decision to shop with these guys. Horrible!
